We are heading first to the city of Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistani-administered Kashmir.

We will drive through the winding roads surrounded by mountains, and as soon as we reach our destination,

I'll show you around the vibrant bazaars, regaling you with tales of the city's rich history. We'll explore the impressive Red Fort built by the Chak rulers in the 16th century,

where you can take in stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains.

Our journey continues as we make our way to the scenic Neelum Valley, located about 240 kilometers from Muzaffarabad.

We will take the winding roads that offer panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape as we drive to the valley.

The valley is known for its crystal-clear streams, verdant forests, and snow-covered peaks. We'll trek through hidden waterfalls and show you secret trails that wind their way through the lush forests.

A major attraction in Neelum Valley is the Shounter Valley, which is located at an altitude of 9,000 feet above sea level,

where you can enjoy hiking, camping, and trout fishing in the pristine waters of the valley's streams.

To break the monotony of long journeys, we'll make stops at various points of interest along the way.

Our next destination is the charming town of Keran, located on the banks of the Neelum River, surrounded by lush green forests and mountains.

As we settle in a cozy guesthouse, you'll wake up to a stunning sunrise over the mountains. After a hearty breakfast, we'll set out on a trek to explore the natural beauty of the area.

I'll point out the different species of birds and wildlife that call this region home, and we'll stop for a picnic lunch beside a gurgling stream.

We'll then head to the picturesque town of Kel, known for its stunning views of the snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas.

We'll stroll through the town's streets, introducing you to the locals, who are known for their warm hospitality and delicious cuisine.

A major attraction in Kel is the Ratti Gali Lake, located at an altitude of 12,130 feet above sea level,

which is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and is a popular spot for camping and hiking.

As we continue our tour, we'll visit the ancient town of Sharda, known for its rich cultural heritage.

We'll explore the ancient Sharda University, which dates back to the 5th century, and was a major center of learning in ancient times,

Attracting scholars from all over the world. We'll also visit the stunning Kishan Ganga Dam, one of the largest hydroelectric power plants in the region.
